Child safety and CSAE policy

LOVE YA! does not allow any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). Users must not use the service to contact, groom, exploit, or share sexual content involving minors. We act on reports and may report serious safety issues to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited conduct

• Sexual contact, solicitation, grooming, or attempted exploitation involving minors
• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material
• Using LOVE YA! to facilitate trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or sexual exploitation
• Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to contact minors or vulnerable users
• Harassment, threats, non-consensual sexual content, or pressure to move conversations into unsafe channels

Reporting safety concerns

Users can report unsafe behavior in the app when a report option is available. If immediate app reporting is not available, contact us by email and include the account, profile, message, or incident details needed for review.

Enforcement

• Immediate account suspension or permanent removal
• Removal of prohibited content or profile information
• Preservation of relevant evidence where legally required
• Escalation to law enforcement, child safety organizations, or other competent authorities when appropriate
